Jillian Beecher is a Coolray Installation Coordinator for the Southside of Atlanta. Born in Indiana but a Georgia girl since she turned 18, Jillian’s passion for helping others is reflected in her high-quality work and interactions with our customers. Jillian’s positive attitude and dedication to making every customer feel appreciated and supported is a model of the Coolray approach to service. How long have you worked with Coolray?

My three-year anniversary with the company is this month.

What do you love most about working at Coolray?

The family environment Coolray provides makes me feel right at home. We’re not just employees to them, we’re all family. The company acknowledges everything we do and appreciates all of our work.

What’s the most rewarding part of your job?

I love making customers feel like they’re my number one priority. When I get phone calls, I always want to ensure those speaking to me know I care about them and whatever is happening in their home.

Do you have any specific customer experiences that have stuck with you?

I once helped an elderly woman who was hard-of-hearing and couldn’t understand a few other Coolray employees. She was very frustrated by the time she got to me, but it turned out she just wanted the manual for her thermostat. She was worried she broke her new system when she pressed the right combination of buttons to turn it off without meaning to. We printed her a new manual and sent a technician to fix the thermostat for her and share the manual. She called me back a short time later and explained how grateful she was.

What are your hobbies outside of work?

My daughter keeps me pretty busy with softball and girl scouts. When we have downtime, we enjoy camping and going to the river.
